Many readers, not necessarily clients...but soon to be, have approached me before asking for qualified builder recommendations.
I’m more than willing to every time, but here are some of the problems that most of them face.
Especially if they have not bought their homes.
What Usually Happens
Found a landed property that they like, and the asking price is attractive. 😁
Seek out a builder/architect to work out a preliminary quote on works that they prefer, probably 2-3.
2-3 weeks later, with all the preliminary quotes, make a decision to purchase.
Sadly, LOI or Option Fee is issued by another buyer. 😢
Back to the process of finding suitable land.

It might not be obvious to buyers upfront, but for a landed-focused agent like myself, it is very clear.
With all these issues being repeated, how often are you being delayed in purchasing your dream property?

Poor organization and lack of a proper system!
Having a lack of system will, unfortunately, bring about other issues.
I've heard cases of buyers supposedly purchasing a "cheap" piece of land, however, they are out of budget when rebuilding their dream home!
There are many agents doing excellent work in terms of upgrading timelines for HDB/Condo sellers and buyers, but what about you, the potential landed property buyer?
Landed property buyers are one of the most underserved segments in the market, that it is actually laughable!
Landed property buyers face so much more risks as compared to other segment buyers.
The demand for landed properties is extremely high, and it is a shame for the right landed property to slip through your fingers.
